Graham Cronk, the senior account manager, answered the phone promptly - I didn't have to wait, and I was not put on "hold" as with most insurance companies! Everything was very clearly explained, and all the questions were as expected. I am delighted with the cost of this car insurance which is £200 less than I was quoted by my current insurer! It pays to shop around!
