I have been running my online business for several years now. Used 3 other platforms for digital products + email marketing. But there was always something lacking and/or too complicated while doing all these things on different platforms. One lacks one feature and the other lacks something else. I wish I had found systeme.io earlier. It provides everything in one place (digital downloads, online courses, email marketing, audience building, sales funnels), plus the price is so reasonable that I'm actually happy paying them my money.
The best thing is customer support. You ask a question and they come back within 2 hours, no AI, no bots, real people with real solutions. And all of this when I did not even become a paying customer. A sales trick? No. After my payment, they were even more helpful. You know that you will not be left alone, either with bots or 24 hours delayed responses.
Probably the only company I would have given 6 stars.
