I was sceptical at first because of the price being cheap, but because it was not an on-line policy and seeing some favourable reviews, I thought I would give the policy a try. I spoke to Dave on the telephone to clarify some details and he was able to confirm that all contact could be done via the telephone to people who would understand me and it would not be a call-centre. After sending through my proof of no-claims, the documents were sent to me within about 20 minutes.
My first impression of RightSure is 100% positive. I hope I don’t have to find out what they are like if a claim is made, but based on my experience so far I would not envisage there being a problem.

I received a renewal notice having been with Right sure for the past year. It's not auto renewal which I like. I rang the number to renew as it was a good quote and was assisted by a very efficient and polite adviser, Dave. After conversation I asked for renewal, the process was swift and efficient and helpful and I was asked if I had any concerns or questions, Dave explained all I asked him. He was extremely professional, helpful and polite and I am more than happy with my quote.

In general the hotel was what I've come to expect from village, clean curious and very well presented with attentive and helpful staff. 1 word of caution for this location if your an early night or have an early start, 1 wing of the rooms is directly above the bar area and is very noticeable until closing, just be mindful if you have an early night/start about which floor they put you on (we were first floor) and request to be moved to higher floor or the other side which staff were happy to accommodate. The staff are great, they offer a consistent high level of service. Hygiene and health and safety practices are excellent. It is rare any facilities are out of use for example the sauna and poolside jacuzzi. The opening hours are good and I have recommended new members who are pleased too with their membership.
