I visited the store on the 24/09 and I would like to say thanks to Toby who was really attentive and kind. His customer service was fab. I also didn't catch the name of his colleague (who was American) but he was great too and made sure that my query was dealt with!

Today is my best day in HSBC, I need the latest bank account statement for my Schengen visa, I am very lucky that I met very nice girls ,one works near the door ,she helped me make an appointment (I am so sorry that I didn’t ask her name),and then another beautiful girl with beautiful eyes named Lucia came and helped me to print out the statement, it didn’t take much longer than before , I am very grateful for their help.I give them five stars ! I hope HSBC will do better and better 👍🌹
