I had such a lovely experience in the branch today. Toby was so helpful and friendly. Quite honestly over the past couple of years I have felt so disappointed at the lack of service, However today’s experience was like a breath of fresh air. Well done HSBC for putting someone on reception who gives excellent customer service .
