We had quite specific requirements that made it more challenging but he was understanding and willing to get it how we wanted. There were a number of technical issues but he was patient and persistent in resolving them. If there are any other small questions I know he will be at the end of the phone to provide support. Most importantly of all, Dan is someone who you can trust to be doing right by his customers.
