The premium shopping outlet in Somerset has extended its opening hours and brought back its popular late-night shopping on Thursday evenings for guests to enjoy the brighter, longer days across the summer season.
Clarks Village’s new summer opening hours are:
Ready for summer, Lanes Coffee has unveiled a new kitsch refreshments trailer at the outlet. Located in the Pear Court mall, near the newly relaunched HARIBO store, Lanes Coffee sells a selection of hot and cold drinks, including speciality iced lemonades, iced teas and coffees and 13 deluxe milkshakes.
Guests can also cool down at the new pop-up trailer from award-winning Marshfield Farm Ice Cream. The ice-cream trailer is located close to the outlet’s Central Square Gardens, featuring a range of sumptuous, regionally-produced ice creams and dog-friendly ice-creams for furry friends.
The two new arrivals follow hot on the heels of brand revamps for HARIBO, Skechers, Le Creuset, The North Face and Sunglass Hut as well as the new Hackett London store showcasing its stylish signature menswear collection and classic English tailoring.
Also for summer, Clarks shoe store has launched its back-to-school campaign with free fitting appointments. The outlet’s long-standing brand is the largest Clarks shoe store in the world and is located on the site of the former Clarks shoe factory in Street. Offering guaranteed quality for school shoes, trainers and accessories all at discounted outlet prices, appointments to skip the queue can be prebooked now with quiet time fittings also available.
Finally, Clarks Village is set to launch its very first mini golf course. Art & Putt is a striking and standout nine-hole mini golf course inspired by artists from the 20th and 21st century. With vibrant colours and fun challenges, Art & Putt opens from Saturday 19th July to Sunday 31st August with all games available on the day with no advance booking required.
There are more than 90 designer and high street brands at Clarks Village, offering discounts of up to 60% off RRP. The dog-friendly outdoor shopping outlet offers plenty of outside space for guests to enjoy with wide-paved malls, award-winning landscaped gardens and a forest-themed adventure play park. The gardens offer a haven within Clarks Village to relax and soak in the sunshine, take in the summer blooms or enjoy a bite to eat.
Chris Davis, Centre Director at Clarks Village, commented: “Clarks Village comes into its own during the summer months with a stunning outdoor setting, green spaces and landscaped gardens which are looking particularly beautiful in full bloom. The combination of this setting with exciting brands at discount prices, delicious places to eat and drink and our programme of events – such as this summer’s Art & Putt mini golf – allows us to offer unique day-out experiences for guests whether they’re visiting locally or holidaying in the area. Plus, with our extended summer opening hours, there’s even more time to enjoy a visit to Clarks Village.”
