The Somerset shopping outlet will host football-themed games and live tennis screenings with prizes for guests to enjoy.

To mark the World Cup, a giant inflatable football goal and touch wall from top sporting brand Pro Direct will take centre stage. Every weekend until the World Cup final, guests can test their skills by scoring a goal to earn their turn on a ‘Spin to Win’ wheel, with prizes including Pro Direct gift vouchers, footballs and in-store discounts.

The football fun continues with ‘Subsoccer’ bench football stations – which pits two players against each other in a competitive seated football match – alongside a life-sized football selfie cut-out for the perfect photo opportunity to mark the occasion.

The football goal and touch wall prize-winning activities will be hosted on Saturdays and Sundays until 19th July, with additional activities available daily.

Meanwhile, tennis enthusiasts can take a break to enjoy the highlights of Wimbledon, from Monday 29th June to Sunday 12th July, with a dedicated station featuring comfortable loungers with built-in mini televisions to screen live matches.

Adding to the traditional courtside atmosphere, British homeware brand Christy will serve strawberries and cream outside its new store, as well as showcasing its official Wimbledon collection of Championship towels and elegant robes.

Guests can also take part in a daily treasure hunt for the duration of the tournament, by finding one of 10 hidden tennis balls each day to win a free gift at the Christy store. Christy will also be serving branded ice creams from a gelato cart on Saturday 4th and Saturday 11th July, from 12pm-5pm.

Finally, throughout August, Clarks Village will host Lightning Loop; a mini race-track experience located on the lawn of Shoemakers Museum.

Children aged 4-10 will be able to ride mini, interactive F1 race cars around an inflatable racetrack, featuring a starting grid, finish line, chequered flag, winners podium and an oversized trophy for an all-important photo on finishing.

The racetrack and cars will be branded bright orange in tribute to F1 racing driver Lando Norris who hails from Somerset. This is Clarks Village's second tribute to Norris, after officially renaming one of its pedestrianised avenues ‘Lando Lane’ when he became F1 World Champion.

Lightning Loop tickets will be priced at £8, or £6 for PLUS+ members (Clarks Village’s free rewards programme).
