Overall a positive experience. JMR home improvements completed two jobs: installation of an outdoor tap and replacing an electric shower. Both were completed on the day with minimal disruption and the plumber was friendly.

We have just had work completed by JMR, initially it was to refurbish a bedroom and ensuite and a downstairs wc. They have done an absolutely amazing job.

Joe and his team did a great job in fitting new boiler, shower and 2 new radiators back in 2023 and I haved continued to have them servicing boiler each year .

I would give 100 stars if I could, Joe and his team have come to our rescue a couple of times since buying our new house, from a water tank clean, emergency bank holiday toilet replacement and a brand new boiler. Will recommend them to everyone!

Really helpful. They were busy, but still managed to squeeze in my last minute job as it was just before a bank holiday weekend. We'd moved house, so were a bit stressed and needed the washing machine running. Victor came out to us, got the job done quickly and was very friendly and polite. Good experience.

Joe and the team were absolutely fantastic, they delivered above & beyond in taking out an old back boiler and heating system and installing a new combi boiler, new radiators and pipework. I was constantly kept updated, the team were respectful in the house and just overall very pleasant. Joe, Alfie & Colby answered all my queries and explained things simply for me to understand, as well as understanding my need for the work to be done ASAP to be able to move in to the house. 1000% would recommend & use again - thank you so much!
