Very professional, courteous and understanding. We had a problem (our own fault) and it was quickly resolved by Sue, who helped us choose the correct mattress. Sue was very patient and respectful with us and ensured we were happy with our final choice. Just like the good old days when excellent service and fair prices were the norm.<br>Well done Bedrock!

Amazing family run company with the most helpful and friendliest team. Picked out a gorgeous mattress this afternoon and it was delivered and taken upstairs to our room of choice within 3 hours!! Fantastic service - couldn’t ask for more!

We needed a mattress and didn't expect to have a most comprehensive description of mattresses we've ever had by a really helpful and friendly chap. The owner I think. Anyway after trying a couple of mattresses we decided on a perfect one for us. Paid a very reasonable price and delivery was within 2 days. Well worth a visit as they sell all sorts of furniture and bed.

highly recommend this company. needed a bed asap and luckily the bed I liked was on special offer for the month and they could deliver that evening. considering I only purchased the bed at 5pm this was amazing. new bed delivered and set up with in 3 hours. what more can you want. a reasonable price and a superb service from this small family business. as they say spend local and help a local business thrive. great service from Bedrock.
