Drawing on his personal experiences of facing bullies at school, Russ went on to become three time undisputed Kickboxing champion of the world - the first time a fighter from Wales has achieved this magnificent feat.

Saturday 11.30, 12.30 and 2.30 (Freestyle Wrestling)
11.30 and 5.45pm classes are for juniors (4-13) - all others are perfect for adults looking to start learning.
