BEHIND the scenes tours of English Heritage property Witley Court and Gardens on August 7 and 21 offer an exciting opportunity to explore parts of the court seldom open to visitors.
The morning tour at 11am incorporates the stable yard which is closed to the public while the afternoon tour at 2pm delves into the ruins of the kitchens, wine cellars and butler’s pantry and offers a glimpse into how the great house was once serviced. Each tour lasts around 90 minutes.
