STOURPORT'S annual horticultural society show takes place this Sunday and Monday, August 29 and 30 at Riverside Meadow.
As well as the usual grand marquee and sideshows, the event will play host to the Forest Dog Rescue dog show on Monday.
There will be more than 140 classes for fruit, flowers, vegetables and handicrafts, as well as a display of Bonsai. These vary from stands for collections of vegetables, cut flowers and pot plants to simple flower heads on a dish of water.
Children’s classes are also included. Stall holders and exhibitors wishing to take part should call Angela Phillips on 01299 877398.
