We needed help setting up our Microsoft Office calendars and Bookings system for the team. It was something I could probably have figured out myself eventually, but it would have taken a lot of time, time I simply didn't have.
After an initial consultation, Juli came into our office, quickly understood exactly what we needed, and set everything up to work around our business. She then provided training for the whole team and followed up with a detailed report, so we all felt confident using the new system.
Sometimes it's easy to think you'll save money by doing it yourself, but in reality, it's far more valuable to leave it to the experts. Juli saved us hours of frustration, got everything working exactly as we wanted, and allowed us to focus on running our business.

We took our two show cocker spaniels in for grooming and couldn’t be happier with the results! Jo the groomer clearly understands the breed standard and took great care to maintain their beautiful coats and shape. They came back looking show-ready and so happy. Highly recommend for anyone with high-maintenance breeds!

Took my YorkiePoo puppy to jo @ the little dog studio today for her first puppy groom, her fur was getting beyond control and was struggling to even see her pretty little face, jo was lovely, friendly and had as much information about cookie as she needed to build a initial bond and making her feel comfortable from the get go!
Cookie was there for just over an hour. Jo gave me updates during and even a sneak peak photo!
Jo did such a wonderful job and cookie looks beautiful as ever and smells delightful!
We have booked for the full puppy package and was very helpful in booking further dates too!
