I wnt to the factory with a friend . she had being looking for 2 chairs for sometime and couldn't get the quality style and finish altogether , but this shop is fabulous we found all the above . the lady assistant Cammy was helpful and willing to discuss all aspects she didn't rush us gave advice and even made us coffee and we had a bowl of sweets while we were deciding BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND. The price was very reasonable. . If your after Quality at the right price this is the place to look. whether its big or small their worth a call. carol /Bren wolverhampton 5 star from us.

We have recently taken delivery of our first suite from the Sofa Factory. From start to finish we received an excellent service and the end product is exactly what we wanted. The delivery men were courteous and helpful. I would happily recommend the Sofa Factory to others.
