From the word go they were professional, we had face to face meetings, we were able to pop in without an appointment and never made to feel a nuisance. If we needed to email they were answered straight away , the lady we were dealing with was Daljit Sunar she was lovely, as pensioners, she was patient and always ready to explain everything fully.
