Wolverhampton is already known for its entrepreneurial spirit and thriving community of female founders and leaders, and on Friday 6 March 2026, that energy will be brought together for one of the city’s most inspiring annual celebrations.

The Wolverhampton International Women’s Day Conference 2026 will take place at Molineux Stadium, welcoming women (and their allies) from across the Black Country and beyond for a powerful day of learning, connection, visibility and impact.

Created by Clare Roberts-Molloy, Mindset, Leadership, and Action Coach and Social Entrepreneur, the conference was born from a desire to create a platform that truly celebrates and elevates women locally, providing an annual gathering point for women to connect, learn, share and celebrate. A day designed to inspire, connect and empower.

This year’s event will include an exciting mix of keynote talks, practical workshops, discussion and networking opportunities in a high-energy conference setting. Attendees can expect:

  • Inspiring speakers and thought leaders covering topics including leadership, financial empowerment, business strategy and personal branding.
  • Interactive workshops designed to build skills, confidence and visibility Networking opportunities with women from across industries.
  • A vibrant marketplace and business showcase, featuring female-led businesses.
  • Opportunities to support and connect with local charity partners (The Haven Wolverhampton, Black Country Women's Aid and Periods Matter)

Following a successful first year in 2025, which welcomed around 75 women, the conference is scaling up in 2026 to bring even more people together for a bigger, bolder experience, including:

  • 4 keynote speakers.
  • 4 expert-led workshops.
  • 2 panel discussions.
  • A lively exhibitor marketplace.
