Nataliia Korol, founder and creative director of Wolverhampton-based studio Nataliia Korol Design, has launched 10kg in 100 days.
Launching on the 15 September, the guide is aimed at helping people build sustainable, realistic habits around nutrition, movement and mindset.
Best known for her work in branding and visual design, Nataliia is expanding into the wellbeing space, drawing on her own experience to share a structured, 100-day approach to long-term lifestyle change rather than quick fixes.
The guide sets out a practical framework built around consistency, balanced nutrition, movement and mindset, encouraging readers to focus on habits that last well beyond the 100-day period.
Nataliia Korol said: “This guide is based on my personal journey and the discipline I've built over time. It's not about extreme dieting - it's about creating sustainable habits that fit into everyday life.”
The launch reflects a broader shift in Nataliia's work, bringing together her design background with a growing interest in wellbeing and personal development.
As a member of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, she continues to build her profile across creative and business communities in the region.
10kg in 100 Days marks Nataliia's first venture beyond design and media and reinforces her multidisciplinary approach to building a personal brand rooted in creativity, communication and self-development.
The guide is available via Nataliia's Gumroad store.
