Presented in partnership with The Leon Group, the event marks a pivotal moment in the UK’s wellbeing and equality landscape - reframing conversations around masculinity, allyship, and mental health.
The event will take place on Wednesday 19 November 2025 at BANK & Co-Lab, 9 Lichfield Street, Wolverhampton.
While International Men’s Day has been recognised globally since 1999, this is the first time the UK will host a full-scale conference and exhibition dedicated to men’s wellbeing.
“This is not just a celebration, it’s a movement,” says Leighton ‘Redz’ Campbell, co-founder and director of Work-In-Process CIC.
“For too long, men’s emotional health has existed behind closed doors. We’re creating a safe, public space where honesty, vulnerability, and allyship are not only accepted - but they’re also encouraged.”
The event aims to spotlight positive male role models while amplifying the voices of those leading change with compassion, courage, and creativity.
Discussions and workshops will explore themes including men’s mental health and emotional resilience, the power of language and open dialogue, physical health and preventative care, financial wellbeing and purpose-led living, and Fatherhood, relationships and community connection.
“Our mission is to challenge stigma and redefine strength,” says Johnathon ‘Tyson’ Leon, vounder of The Leon Group and event co-lead.
“True strength lies in openness, in asking for help, and in supporting each other - regardless of gender. This conference is a testament to that belief.”
The event brings together a network of passionate sponsors, including The Leon Group, Barclays Bank, National Lottery Community Fund, BANK | Co-Lab, Find Me A Solicitor, Jerk & Sizzle, and Lenz Visuals.
In addition, several community groups including Mens Prosperity Club CIC, Unfold & Rise, Mandem Meetup, Noir Hub CIC, Focus & Flow and Feed My Creative and many more will contribute to the day’s panel discussions, wellbeing activations, and creative showcases.
The conference is also partnering with other organisations working in the men’s wellbeing space, such as Wolves Foundation, Tackle Prostate Cancer, NHS Trust, Soulbrite and Samaritans.
The 2025 International Men’s Day Conference & Exhibition is open to all, with opportunities for sponsorship, exhibitor participation, speaking engagements, and volunteer involvement.
Work-In-Process CIC is a purpose-driven community interest company dedicated to creating safe spaces for men to talk, grow, and reconnect through workshops, events, and community partnerships. Founded by Leighton Campbell, the organisation focuses on transforming wellbeing culture through allyship and honest dialogue.
