The report highlights a year marked by deeper social engagement, expanded partnerships and education programmes, and a strong emphasis on inclusive and accessible design principles.
Founder and Managing Director, Carolyn Smith describes the report as “a celebration of what can be achieved when creativity, community, and conscience come together.” She continues, “We believe great design should do more than look good, it should create opportunities, and enable every person to engage, learn, and belong. Our 2025 impact achievements reflect that belief in action.”
This year’s report showcases a range of projects and initiatives across the West Midlands and beyond, including charity partnerships, work placement programmes and extensive work improving accessibility standards for organisations seeking to build more inclusive brands. TPSquared’s free accessibility brand reviews, in-person workshops and monthly webinars also helped over 50 organisations strengthen their visual communication through compliant colour palettes, clearer typography, and user-friendly design solutions.
Reflecting on the year, Carolyn adds: “2025 was a big year for accessibility. Regulations and customer expectations have stretched far beyond “just websites.” Inclusive design isn’t a trend. It’s impactful and driven by purpose. Something that myself and the team at TPSquared advocate for and can help guide organisations on a journey toward authentic, inclusive experiences that welcome, engage and convert.“
