The 90-Day PowerUp masterclass is built around Q Branch’s ‘FutureLAB’ approach of reviewing, focusing, designing, activating, and executing.
Participants will be shown how to look critically at the previous 90 days, identify what genuinely deserves attention next, turn ambition into practical priorities and recognise the habits, behaviours and pressures most likely to derail the plan.
The initiative has been launched during a time where Q Branch believes a drift cycle is making businesses increasingly reactive rather than proactive.
According to Q Branch, many business owners do not actually suffer from a lack of plans, goals or ideas. They already know many of the things they should be doing and the harder challenge is consistently doing them once Monday morning arrives.
The masterclasses will be taking place over multiple dates, with the latest happening on Friday, 21 August. It will be hosted by Matt Clutterham and Jenny Jarvis of Q Branch Consulting.
The pair have invested more than £50,000 in training, coaching and development around strategy, goal-setting, behaviour, performance and execution, bringing those disciplines together into the FutureLAB methodology.
Matt approaches the problem from the perspective of business strategy, commercial focus, priorities and decision-making.
Jenny brings the behavioural and psychological perspective, examining mindset, habits, resistance and the factors that influence whether people actually follow through.
During the session, business owners will explore five questions of what really happened during the last 90 days; what genuinely matters now; how do you turn ambition into something executable; what is likely to stop you; and how will you keep the plan alive when real life starts again.
The result is not intended to be another motivational session or generic goal-setting exercise. It is designed to give business owners a practical framework for looking at the next quarter differently.
