Philip Olivier is to star as ‘Dirty Harry’ in Never Forget, the hit musical with the songs of Take That, when the show opens at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre this month.
Featuring the incredible catalogue of songs by Britain’s favourite pop group Take That, NEVER FORGET is a feel-good romantic comedy that follows the story of five men who enter a local talent competition, each looking for a way out and a step up. Along the journey they discover fame comes at a price but friendships last forever.
Whether one is a devoted Take That fan or someone just looking for a chance to party with one of the splashiest (literally!) musicals to hit town, there’s something for everyone in this show that has audiences on their feet and cheering night after night.
Packed with the classic Take That songs, including the smash hits A Million Love Songs, Could It Be Magic, It Only Takes A Minute, Do What You Like, Love Ain’t Here Anymore, Relight My Fire, Pray, Back For Good, Babe and, of course, Never Forget.
Never Forget is written by BAFTA award-winner Danny Brocklehurst (Shameless, Sorted, Clocking Off) and Guy Jones and Ed Curtis. The production is directed by Ed Curtis with choreography by Olivier award-winning Karen Bruce. Scenic Design is by Morgan Large with Costume Design is by Christopher Woods and Lighting Design by James Whiteside.
