Emma Whitehouse, Director of Bright Path CIC, has recently achieved certification as an mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) Coach - an internationally recognised coaching approach designed to improve leadership, communication, and decision-making.

mBraining is a neuroscience-based coaching field that aligns the intelligence of the head, heart and gut. Through simple yet powerful techniques, mBIT coaching can help us find more calm, clarity and strength in our choices, both in life and at work!

Already known across the region for her work supporting families, schools, and young people at risk of exclusion, Emma is now expanding her offer to work more directly with organisations and leadership teams across the Black Country.

mBIT coaching focuses on aligning the three core intelligences we all use - head (thinking), heart (values and relationships), and gut (instinct and action). When these are working together, leaders are better equipped to make clear decisions, manage teams effectively, and create positive workplace cultures.

Emma said: “This training has genuinely changed the way I think, lead, and communicate. It’s given me a deeper understanding of how people make decisions and respond under pressure, and I’m excited to bring this into organisations across the Black Country.”

As part of this next phase, Bright Path will be delivering introductory workshops to businesses and leadership teams, offering a practical insight into how mBIT can support staff wellbeing, reduce conflict, and strengthen team dynamics. Alongside workshops, Emma is also offering a limited number of 1:1 coaching sessions for leaders who want to explore this work on a deeper level.

This expansion builds on Bright Path’s existing mission to create stronger, more connected communities, now extending that impact into workplaces and organisational leadership.

Emma is currently inviting local organisations to take part in pilot workshops and experience the benefits of this approach.

For more information or to register interest, businesses can connect via the Black Country Chamber or contact Emma directly at brightpathmediation@outlook.com.
