Get Smart Accountants is proud to share that Emma Thompson, Co-Founder and Director, has been selected as a guest speaker at the Wolverhampton International Women’s Day Conference on Friday 6th March 2026, held at The Molineux, Wolverhampton.
The annual event celebrates the achievements of women from across the region, bringing together inspirational speakers, business leaders, and change-makers to empower and connect the local community.
Emma will take to the stage to deliver a talk titled “Aligning Your Personal and Business Goals: Creating a Life and Business That Truly Works for You.”
As a business owner herself, Emma understands the pressures that come with running a business while balancing personal ambitions and family life.
She explains: “Too often, business owners chase growth, revenue, or other people’s definitions of success, only to end up feeling unfulfilled, overwhelmed, or out of balance. When we take the time to define what success really means to us personally, everything changes. We make better decisions, build stronger teams, and create businesses that support the life we actually want to live.”
Emma’s session will explore how women in business can gain clarity on their version of success and use that as a foundation for both personal and professional fulfilment.
Paul Thompson, Co-Founder of Get Smart Accountants, said: “We’re thrilled to see Emma recognised in this way. She has a natural ability to connect with business owners on a personal level and help them see the bigger picture, beyond just the numbers. This talk will be an inspiring one for anyone looking to redefine success on their own terms.”
The Wolverhampton International Women’s Day Conference promises to be a day of inspiration, empowerment, and connection.
