Ian Henery Solicitors Ltd.  are pleased to be working with Nevis International Trust Co. Ltd. (authorised by the Government of St. Kitts & Nevis) to assist Hong Kong citizens to move to the beautiful tropical paradise of St Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean.

The government of St. Kitts and Nevis are offering 2 routes to gaining citizenship and a passport to the lovely Caribbean islands:-

  1. A donation of USD150,000 to the Sustainable Growth Fund of the government of St. Kitts & Nevis, or
  2. A minimum USD200,000 investment in government approved property schemes and to hold the investment for a minimum of 7 years  after which it can be sold without loss of citizenship, or a minimum USD400,000 investment in the same and to hold the investment for at least 5 years and then it can be sold and citizenship is still retained.

The nation of St. Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean has dropped rates for its “citizenship by investment” programme. These modified rates will be available all the way to December 31, 2020 whereby families of up to four people can secure citizenship for USD150,000, down from USD195,000.

“In today’s uncertain world it is only right that individuals and families want the ability to travel the globe as flexibly and confidently as possible,” said Les Khan, chief executive at St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Investment Unit.

The decision comes after St. Kitts and Nevis is looking for ways to stimulate and stabilize its economy and get back on track with the growth the country has had over the past five years.

“With visa-free access to 156 countries, the country is recognised as a market leader in independent, global rankings,” Khan added.
