The award recognises the team's work supporting residential and mixed-use development projects across the region.

The Midlands Residential Property Awards celebrate the people, projects and businesses shaping the future of the residential property sector.

Freeths was recognised by the judging panel for its significant increase in new instructions over the past year across a broad range of sectors.

The team advises on all aspects of development planning, supporting clients through complex planning, environmental and regulatory matters to help deliver major residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Paul Brailsford, partner and national head of Planning and Environment at Freeths, said: "This recognition is a testament to the expertise, commitment and collaborative approach of our Planning and Environment team.

"Over the past year we have continued to support clients on an increasingly diverse range of developments and have seen growing demand for our services across the residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors.

"What makes this award particularly meaningful is that it reflects the strength of the relationships we have built with our clients and professional contacts, as well as the dedication of our team in helping navigate the planning and environmental challenges that arise throughout the development process.

"We are proud to have been recognised alongside such strong competition from across the Midlands property sector."
