The 30-minute webinars hosted by internal communications specialist, Caroline Waddams will explore how clearer internal communication can support stronger business performance by helping businesses focus on what matters most.
The webinars will take place on 24 June and 29 July and are free to attend.
As businesses grow, communication can often become reactive, inconsistent or overloaded, making it harder for employees to stay focused on priorities and understand what’s expected of them.
The webinars are designed to help business leaders take a more intentional and structured approach to communication.
Participants will learn practical ways to bring more structure and purpose to communication within a growing business, helping leaders provide clearer direction and support better decision-making.
The sessions will also explore how to choose the right channels, tailor messages to the right audiences and communicate more effectively about the action required.
They also feature an introduction to simple planning tools, such as a communication calendar, as well as ways to check whether communication is having the intended impact.
Participants will leave with practical ideas and greater confidence to make small but effective improvements within their business.
Caroline said: “Good communication is about helping people understand what matters most and what’s expected of them. As businesses grow, communication can quickly become reactive or inconsistent.
I want these webinars to help leaders communicate more intentionally and with greater purpose - thinking about who needs to know something and what action they want people to take.”
Free places can be booked here: 24 June at 12:00 – register here 29 July at 12:00 – register here
