Employers are facing a wave of employment law reform, with changes affecting harassment duties, dismissal claims, trade unions and settlement agreements. For many small and medium-sized businesses, the challenge is knowing which changes apply to them and what to do about each.

To help, Fox HR and D&N Solicitors are hosting a free webinar, Employment Law Changes 2026: Practical Guidance for Employers, on Thursday 12 November 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM.

Amit Kapoor, Consultant Solicitor Advocate at D&N Solicitors, will explain the legal changes, and Laura Fox, Managing Director of Fox HR, will cover the practical steps employers should take. The session will be conversational, with time for questions.

The webinar will cover:

  • Third-party harassment and the “all reasonable steps” duty.
  • Unfair dismissal, tribunal time limits and the compensation cap.
  • Trade union changes.
  • Other changes to watch, including right to work and the 14-day cooling-off period for settlement agreements.
  • A practical action checklist.
  • Live Q&A.

The webinar is aimed at business owners, HR leads and people managers. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of what is changing, where their business may be exposed, and a practical action checklist they can share with their team. Everyone who registers will also receive the slides and recording afterwards.
