Richard brings a wealth of experience in management of compliance systems across different sectors, with good knowledge of implementing and embedding successful ISO systems in businesses, making him a fantastic addition to our team.

In his new role, Richard will work closely with clients to support both companies starting out their journey to ISO certification and customers already on that journey but needing specific support or expertise to help them to continue to improve.
His focus will be on helping organisations find practical solutions to complex challenges and delivering outcomes that make a real difference.
