
Commercial Finance Brokers UK, Central Finance, has appointed Sharon Lawlor as Property Finance Specialist as the business continues to expand its property finance offering with a dedicated Business Finance proposition.
Sharon brings 38 years of experience in financial services, with a strong track record across credit risk, underwriting and commercial lending. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in credit underwriting, financial analysis and risk management, alongside significant experience in assessing complex lending requirements across a diverse range of sectors.
In her new role, Sharon will focus on supporting clients across Commercial Real Estate, including Buy-to-Let, property investment and development, as well as Commercial Lending and Bridging Finance.
Her appointment further strengthens Central Finance’s ability to provide specialist, tailored finance solutions to businesses, property investors and developers, helping clients navigate increasingly complex lending requirements and identify the most appropriate funding options for their individual circumstances.
