Women from across the Black Country business community are being invited to take part in A.L.I.V.E Live, a one-day personal and professional development event taking place in Wolverhampton this October.

Created and hosted by Public Speaking & Mindset Coach and local entrepreneur Dr Clare Roberts-Molloy, A.L.I.V.E Live will bring together an intimate group of female founders, coaches, consultants, creatives and leaders at The Mount Hotel on Friday, 2 October 2026.

The event has been designed for women who are ready to become more confident and visible, strengthen their leadership and make a greater impact through their work.

Its programme is built around the five pillars of Dr Roberts-Molloy’s A.L.I.V.E framework: Authenticity, Leadership, Impact, Voice and Empowerment.

The five themes will help attendees reconnect with their values and ambitions, challenge the mindset barriers that may be limiting their progress and develop the clarity and confidence needed to move their businesses and careers forward.

Each pillar will be brought to life by a guest speaker:

Authenticity — Buckso Dhillon

Leadership — Kelly Hill

Impact — Lisa Baker-Murrary

Voice — Cheri McMahon

Empowerment — Elizabeth Gooch MBE

Dr Roberts-Molloy said:

“Many women in business have the skills, experience and ideas needed to make a significant impact, but they can still find themselves holding back, questioning their value or waiting for the right moment to become more visible.

A.L.I.V.E Live will give women the space to step away from the demands of everyday business, think more deeply about what they want and identify the actions that will take them forward. It is about building confidence from the inside out and turning that confidence into meaningful action.”

A central feature of the programme will be five facilitated mastermind tables. Every attendee will participate in all five tables, giving them the opportunity to explore Authenticity, Leadership, Impact, Voice and Empowerment in smaller, focused groups.

The mastermind sessions will encourage meaningful discussion, peer learning and practical action. Attendees will be able to share experiences, consider new perspectives and apply each of the five themes to their own businesses, careers and personal ambitions.

The event is limited to a maximum of 50 attendees, creating a supportive environment in which every participant can contribute to the conversation and build valuable relationships.

Dr Roberts-Molloy added:

“The Black Country has an extraordinary community of female entrepreneurs and leaders. I want this event to bring those women together, not simply to exchange business cards, but to share ideas, learn from one another and create lasting momentum.”

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of their personal and professional goals, renewed belief in their abilities and a practical roadmap for their next steps.

Tickets include the full event programme, access to all five speaker and pillar sessions, participation in five facilitated mastermind tables, a delegate welcome pack, lunch, refreshments and post-event resources.

A.L.I.V.E Live will take place from 9.30am until 4pm on Friday, 2 October 2026, at The Mount Hotel in Wolverhampton.

Early-bird tickets are £67 until 31 August, with full-price tickets costing £97.
