I recently used Whites Building Ltd to have a new extension built the company is very good at what they do the workmanship is 1st class, further more nothing is to much trouble for them i have used this company before the extension i had built.

Absolutely over the moon with the extension Rich and co have done for us. The communication was spot on throughout and the end product is amazing. We cannot fault any part of the process - from getting in touch for a quote to the build. It’s transformed our home and has clearly been done to an excellent standard. Rich built us a kitchen extension, that included a toilet and utility room. The work was completed to a high standard and on time. Rich always kept me updated about how things were progressing and actually made some really useful suggestions on how we could tweak the original plans to get the most out of the new space.

Rich and his team had one brief from us…build our grand design…and they have delivered above and beyond our expectations! The build progressed at pace, they were tidy and respectful of our neighbours and the communication was spot on. Rich project managed from beginning to end so we always had that consistency and point of call especially when he wasn’t on site. The quality of the build is second to none and we’ve had so many compliments. A common comment when people inquire about our builders is “wow! Whites recently completed a two bedroom extension over the garage for us and I honestly can not fault their service and workmanship. The level of project management exceeded my expectations as did the final build quality, Rich and the team were in constant communication day and night keeping me updated on the progress of the job and finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend whites building LTD to anyone looking for any type of building work as for me they are the best in the area and probably the business. Look no further! 100% very happy customer.

The experience was extremely satisfying. Was told the works would take approximately 12 weeks and they did it in just 10 weeks. All of Richards men were all hard working men and considerate. Hoping to get them back again in the near future to do a cellar conversion as we know there work is second to none.

Whites builders have just completed our ground floor side and rear extension.
We can't praise Richard and his team enough, Andy and Connor are a credit to him, and the tradesman he brings in ( roofers, electricians, plasterers, carpenters, plumbers etc ) are all so professional, respectful and polite, Richard will guide you through the process each step of the way, and you feel comfortable with him if there's any concerns you may have, I'm in business myself, and aware of the pitfalls that can occur with less professional tradesman, rest assured, they won't let you down.

I would highly recommend Whites Building Limited ( Richard ) to anyone who wants quality craftsmanship with attention to detail in every aspect of the build. Richard and his team are thoughtful and considerate to their customers needs which was very important as the Beacon Hotel / Sarah Hughes Brewery had to trade as normal throughout the building process. Having been let down by a builder, we were nervous about picking the right company. We needn't of worried. Right from our first meeting we felt assured that Whites Building were right for our job. All of Rich's team have done a brilliant job from himself, to plumbers and his team of carpenters, and the roofer. His other carpenter, and the kitchen fitter. We thank you all for your high standard of workmanship, friendliness and making this job so easy and worry free for us. We would definitely use Whites again without hesitation.

Whites building ltd was recommended to us. Following the recommendation we checked the company's website, reviews online etc and decided to contact them to arrange a quote. Richard arranged a date and time to suit us and attended in a timely manner. He has delivered excellent communication from this point onwards- he is always at the end of the phone for any queries or concerns.
The team carried out building works quickly but with perfection. They were tidy even during the messy stages- always ensuring tools etc were neatly stacked. They were polite and efficient and I would highly recommend.

From quoting us (promptly and delivering it in person) right through to the end of the project Richard has been straightforward and the kind of guy who underpromises and overdelivers.
He and his team worked hard every day to make sure the project ran to schedule, despite some unexpected aspects to it (not their fault).
They were all polite, tidy and communicated well.
Richard was on site or on hand all the way.
His recommendations of other tradespersons (kitchen/tiling etc.) was invaluable. It enabled the whole project to be done to our satisfaction.

Had three quotes and went with Whites because Rich had helped sort out another issue in the house. Also, his quote was reasonable and fair.
