Mark at the showroom was very friendly but without being too pushy, sofas delivered ahead of quoted lead time, but as our front room refurb was still underway Mark was fine with delaying delivery by a couple of weeks. Delivery lads very good no fuss sofas arrived looking fabulous - very satisfied customer here.
