I can honestly say that from the moment we visited the shop (before lockdown) right up until our lovely new sofa was delivered, the service we received was exceptional! We were left alone to look, sit and decide which one we wanted, the advice we were given on type/style and fabric was extremely helpful. We had a Sofa and two large chairs & a foot stool all made with the higher back and at a great price. Nothing was too much trouble and Mark even came out to check our measurements and that it would fit so that we wouldn't be disappointed with our choice. Our delivery was delayed due to the dreaded Covid but once they opened up we got a call to confirm delivery and the delivery itself was hassle free by some very friendly delivery men. Mark even called to check that we were happy with everything once it had been delivered - I can't remember the last time I took an after sales call from a company just to make sure that we were happy!! Very pleasant surprise.
We are very very please with the result and have since order a couple more cushions with Mark to complete the look and again he was more than helpful.
So just to be clear anyone thinking of buying a new sofa you can't go wrong with Sofa Outlet Wolverhampton - absolutely brilliant, we would and have recommend them to friends and family. Fabulous family run business. Amazing service from start to end, kami was more than helpful every step of the process. Great sofa and chairs built and designed to particular needs (different heights needed due to physical ability needs) kami kept us informed at every stage and ensured she double checked everything! I would highly recommend to friends and family and insist they speak with kami as she was awesome.....even offered my folks tea, coffee and chocolates/cake.
