From the moment me and my family walked through the door, we knew that Peterson’s was the company we would be using. Michael made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the planning process, keeping in touch about all of our plans. They made a difficult time much more bearable and the planning simple and straightforward. The day of the funeral the staff were also amazing and really did our late Mum proud.<br>We would like to say a big thank you for everything.

Looked after my Dad during covid and my Mom yesterday. I had a car and hearse for Dad and a white carriage with white horses for my Mom. Both times Micheal met me and ensured all my requests were met and both services were done respectfully and with the utmost professionalism. I fully recommend them as you great an amazing service for an affordable price for your loved ones .

Can't thank Mike and his team enough for caring for our nan the way he did our queen B. Also the care and support he gave me and my sister. Prices are affordable its not about money with Micheal. The whole day was dedicated to nan your not just a number with this amazing funeral home we had a horse drawn carriage for nans final journey and it was absolutely beautiful and that was all down to mike being so amazing. We wont ever forget. Highly recommend. We moved our nan from co op as we wasn't treated nice at all the best decision we ever made miving our nannie b here! Mike is an amazing man definitely sent from the angel ❤️❤️ thankyou Mike

Honestly can not put into words how amazing Peterson funeral service is! But I’ll try! I’ll start positive by saying WOW, Michael and his family made sure our nan had nothing but respect and dignity. We arranged a viewing and it was beautiful, as much as these things can be. Just walking into the branch it feels like home, no desks, just warmth. From the moment we stepped into the door, we knew it was the best decision to move Nannie B here. Mike welcomed us warmly into his family, and our Nannie B. Mike doesn’t care about talking about cost, he cares about your family and your loved one, getting to know you and your loved ones stories. There’s no rushing. Nothing is too big or too small when it comes to what you want for your loved ones final journey. We will forever be greatful for a beautiful final journey with beautiful horse drawn carriage. We would not of had all the beautiful things such as forever hearts, laughs and tears with any other service.<br><br>We first chose a certain “chain” as we had never organised a funeral so we called c””p, this was the worse decision we ever made. In just 48 hours of being there we were lied to, the people who came to take our Nannie B didn’t even speak to us, they might aswel of thrown her into the private ambulance and then just drove away with nothing, not telling us where she was going. They are rude and disrespectful! They don’t care about your loved one just the pay check. Please go to Peterson funeral service for a beautiful, dignified and respectful final journey for your loved ones.<br><br>Again Mike, we will never be able to thank you enough 💖ever 💖 thankyou for giving our Queen B the dignity she truely deserved 💖

I would like to thank Peterson funeral services, even though we had a simple none attendance cremation for my amazing wife. Mike at Petersons was wonderful to talk to and understanding. I can’t thank the amazing staff at peters on funeral services today was my dads funeral it shattered me beyond belief I honestly don’t know how I’d of got through it all without there amazing help they went above and beyond to help me with every detail every step every tear and I can’t recommend them enough their prices are so affordable as a single mom I found it way easier than I would of if I’d of chosen another service else where thank you again you should be so proud of yourselfs and your amazing work

Many thanks to Michael and the team for organising Mum's funeral in July '23. Nothing was too much trouble and during what is always a difficult time, we felt very comfortable and assured that they provide the very best service and fantastic value for money. The price included the coffin, flowers and the excellent Celebrant, Martyn Jinks.<br>Martyn was warm, friendly, humorous and many of the congregation said they felt as though he knew us all. Thank you, I very much recommend Petersons a qualified, independent, family business!

I would highly recommend Petersons Funeral Service they provided an excellent service and was very attentive to our every need. The day went perfect and my Dad was laid to rest with a lot of love and care. The whole family was very grateful for such a personal and caring service . We went to Peterson’s for my dads funeral on 1st October. From start to finish Andrew and Michael were fantastic. They were extremely friendly and caring, answering all of our questions. The funeral went really well and we can’t recommend them enough

Andrew,Michael and the team were fantastic, from start to finish. With the little time we had at the chapel of rest, these guys went above and beyond to allow the family to say there goodbyes and to give me the chance to say mine in my owe way and allow me to do that one last thing for partner.<br>My partner was treated with the upmost respect,like he was one of there family members.<br>Everything was done to the way i wish and hope on the day of the funeral. The service from Peterson was amazing , they helped give my partner a great send off.<br>Highly recommend them and with so much service and care give , very cost effective.
