Couldn’t recommend ‘The Flooring Surgeons’ enough. Very helpful answered all my questions quickly. Had a few quotes and they seem to be very good value for money as well as the finished product looking great. Also fitting times after ordered was very quick which was great. Harvey, has been amazing from start to finish. I found the flooring surgeons on ebay and ordered a few samples which came quickly. I then started following them on Instagram and contacted them for quotes. Their prices are incredibly competitive and the communication has been the best I've had from any company during the refurbishment of our house. Delivery was as promised and the flooring is exactly what we wanted. Thank you 100% recommend and would use again.

I got a engineered wood herringbone floor through flooring surgeons and it's really good quality for the price. I'm still installing it but so far so good. One of the boxes was slightly damaged during delivery and they promptly sent replacements for the damaged boards. Would use again.

Very pleased with the laminate flooring supplied and fitted. High quality Swiss made material. Will be recommended to all my family and friends. Installed all the house within a day. Nice neat job with no screeching noises when stepped on.

Very happy with the entire service from purchase to fitting.<br>I won't to the store on windmill hill Colley gate and was able to pick the laminate I wanted with helpful advice. A date for fitting was booked there and then. The filters turned up on the arranged day and did a great job of fitting.<br>This is the second time I have used flooring surgeons and can happily recommend them for your flooring needs.

We popped in to see the office on Windmill Hill and it was a great experience from the first conversation. Harvey was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us a couple of samples to take away. we were replacing old parquet flooring with new laminate. He came and measured for us a couple of weeks later and again was a pleasure to talk to. The best thing was no pushy sales patter and didn't try to oversell. He even suggested leaving a small section of the parquet in the porch and gave us advice on to restore it. The quote was very competitive so we decided to go ahead. When we went in to order, Harvey's brother (sorry I didn't get a name!) was just as pleasant and knowledgeable and helped us complete the order with no fuss. Our builder is just fitting the flooring now and it looks great. Overall a professional, quality experience and will definitely use them again!

Harvey was a fantastic help. He was very thorough and ran through everything with me which gave me the confidence to choose them. On the day of fitting, the guys turned up just before 8 and didn’t leave until 7:30! They worked super hard to get it finished and they did a fantastic job. I would 100% use them again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

A great job completed by the team. We had a particularly problematic floor that was not completely flat. They worked some kind of miracle to fit some waterproof LVT planks. Thank you so much for your patience and perfectly finished job. Will definitely recommend the company.
