We have recently engaged with Dave to review our gas / electric, mobiles and broadband. Dave’s customer service and attention to detail was excellent. We have started using the cashback cards now also to great effect. They even cover most if not all of your cancellation fees!!

I can't recommend Dave Tyrrell highly enough.
From the initial conversation through to getting everything switched over, Dave was incredibly helpful. He got me booked in quickly, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had.
The results have been even better than I expected. I've saved a significant amount on my household bills, tripled my internet speed, and locked in fixed rates at just the right time. Dave also helped me set up the cashback card, which is a great extra way to maximise the savings.
If you're looking for a better deal on your gas, electricity, broadband or mobile phone, I'd definitely recommend speaking to Dave. The whole experience was straightforward, well-managed, and genuinely worthwhile.

I was introduced to Dave by someone with experience of Utility Warehouse. My reason for contacting them was that my previous mobile phone provider could not give good customer service. Dave was very proficient in helping me set up my account, and assisted me in working through one or two teething problems. I have now been with Utility Warehouse for several years, and find their customer service to be very good. During this time it has been good to know that Dave's support doesn't end at the point of sale, and I can still talk to him about ongoing matters when required.

UW are the absolute best. Answer calls quickly. Customer care staff are so helpful. My contact, Dave Tyrrell is great and always on hand to help. Constant monitoring of prices, so I always have the best deal. Have been with them for years, for electricity, broadband, phone and mobile, and I wouldn't dream of leaving them. They're just great.

I met Dave at a Pro-Networking event. I was interested in any savings Utility Warehouse could make for me. Dave demonstrated the savings and made to switch easy. I save £20 per month on energy, mobile and internet. Plus I had £50 cashback and now save approx £15 a month with my cashback card. fab service!

Both myself and my wife have been members of Utility Warehouse since 2012, after we moved to Stourport to retire. We first learnt about Utility Warehouse when a leaflet from Dave Tyrrell came through our letterbox and we invited him to come to see us. He was polite and friendly and explained all about the services. Explaining the finances based on our utilities consumption. After consideration we decided to become members and Dave assisted us in every aspect and has always been available to answer any questions or queries.

We have been with UW now for over 9 years. In that time we have been fully supported by them. They have kept open communications, looked at the best energy rates without us having to chase. When we needed help with our newly installed super-fast broadband they were on the phone to talk us through the process. Having signed up with Utility Warehouse, i agreed to bundle up all my services together. Being a pensioner on a fixed income, I now pay a fixed sum per month for a package that equals out over the year instead of having utility companies taking large sums each month and having difficulty getting any refunds if overpayments were made. Utility Warehouse are easy to contact and sort out any problems without loads of hassle. I would most definitely recommend this company to friends.
