We have been with UW now for over 9 years. In that time we have been fully supported by them. They have kept open communications, looked at the best energy rates without us having to chase. When we needed help with our newly installed super-fast broadband they were on the phone to talk us through the process. We cannot praise them enough and our agent Dave Tyrrell always goes above and beyond to support us. We feel very proud to be with UW.

Having signed up with Utility Warehouse, i agreed to bundle up all my services together. Being a pensioner on a fixed income, I now pay a fixed sum per month for a package that equals out over the year instead of having utility companies taking large sums each month and having difficulty getting any refunds if overpayments were made. Utility Warehouse are easy to contact and sort out any problems without loads of hassle. I would most definitely recommend this company to friends.
