A lovely place to spend a relaxing and pleasant hour. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, the food is just great, with a good choice. The staff are friendly and makes everyone welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and there's an outside seating area for better weather.

This cafe has a great selection of cakes. They even have vegan and gluten-free options. I had a sandwich, slice of cake and a hot chocolate and they were delicious. Great, friendly service from the staff. I will be visiting again.

I went to Cup of Joy for a quick snack and coffee with my two sons this afternoon. We live up North and don't really know the area to well, but we spotted this place and it was absolutely wonderful, just what we needed. Plenty of choices on the menu, sonething for all tastes. My children chose the oreo milkshakes, my eldest had a breakfast bun (big portion!) superb value he devoured it. We also ordered some cakes which were divine, once again great portions and simply delicious. I am a decaffeinated coffee drinker and it was piping hot and tasted amazing.
Thank you so much to Ruth and her team, what wonderful hosts, we felt at home and will definitely be coming again when we are in the Midlands. This little coffee shop really is a cup of joy and a place that makes you feel welcomed.

No problem walking in for a late lunch about 40 mins before they closed. Shared a couple of wraps. One was veggie crunch can't remember what the other was called but it had chicken ham and cheese in it .Both were very tasty. Good coffee too with a good choice of alternative milks. 😊

Third time coming here for lunch with my partner and children. The portion sizes were good and the bacon sandwich and coffee were perfect. The service was spot on and it's an excellent value for money.

Lovely coffee and food with good vegan options and a cute interior. Particularly recommend the iced coffee with oat milk, and the vegetarian breakfasts are exceptional!
