This review has been about 4 weeks in waiting because we have only just had the job "completed".
First of all, we messaged them to ask what time they would be turning up, received no reply and we then received a text on the morning of the day they were supposed to arrive, saying that they had to move the job to the next day.
The communication over the rest of our interaction with the company was terrible. We had no idea on when the workers were turning up or when to expect them. For reference, they started around midday. The first day they did turn up at around 9:30 but then had to leave until noon to get materials. Also, we were told that the job would be done in 1-1 and a half days so it should have been done by Wednesday. They were still doing work on the Friday because of days they couldn't make and because of lack of equipment and materials.
The workers (Nick and Stuart, I think) worked really hard and put a good shift in, working a little later than I expected to ensure they finished a part of the job before they left. However, there have been many problems, false promises and mistakes that we have found.
We paid for a lot of tree stumps to be removed and for one larger tree stump to be cut down to be level with the ground if it couldn't be removed. They were struggling to get the equipment and could not cut the stump down to ground level like promised. Therefore, we have been left with a tree stump that I now need to remove myself or pay someone else to do.
Our decking step was also damaged by the digger because they tried to use another piece of decking to get the digger back up rather than the correct ramp. despite their efforts to screw it back together, it is still broken and is something we have to fix.
In addition, our corner post has only been screwed onto the neighbours post and is not secure at all - we weren't consulted about this decision. We now have to pay for and put in a new corner post so that it is secure.
Finally, we have only just (4 weeks later) received a gravel board that we had paid for in the initial job. We were told by Nick that there was a gravel board cut ready for where it need to be put and that he would drop it off. It took a few deleted Facebook messages and a couple texts to receive a gravel board (not the one cut to size), 4 weeks later.

Chris and the lads transformed our old imprinted concrete drive into an amazing patterned block paved drive which makes a nice feature to the front of our house. The lads worked really hard throughout the process and were always polite. A big thank you to Nick and Scott who worked really hard removing that amount of concrete. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use there service again in the future.

The work I had done was to a high standard, two great lads Toby & Harry very polite got on did the work

Best Job ,Workmanship & Worker Team Experience Ever
Chris is an honest, reliable and extremely genuine individual with great passion in his workmanship from start to finish which has also been adopted by his work colleagues and it is obvious they are happy working for this company. He sees the big picture and puts a lot of thought into it before and during the work carried out which clearly shows he has lots of experience and is totally knowledgeable.
On the onset Chris was able to suggest good ideas for my garden. This is because he has an excellent judgement and visualisation of the outcome of any garden. I had my back garden designed, slabbed, turfed, levelled, and fence repaired with a new post. It looks AMAZING.
From start to finish throughout the job he always informed me of any minor changes and offered brilliant options.
No job was too big for Chris he always had a reasonable solution which I was completely happy with.
