Working with Juli has been great, it really takes such a weight off and gives me space to concentrate on my business. Juli has also been brilliant in advising me on networking and introducing me to people which has been really helpful for me. Juli is so calm and capable and very good at what she does. It is a real pleasure to work with her on not only admin but socal media and other useful tasks. People said get a VA to help you but I put it off for a long time but I am glad I finally got one and that it is Juli.

I have known Juli at ConnXess for a number of months and have always been impressed with the service that she offers to business owners. She takes care of the bits of the business that you didn't set up your business to do and you can stop spending time on these activities and concentrate on what you love. I recently got in touch Juli at Connxess for help with an Excel issue that had me stumped. Juli took my partially completed spreadsheet and, with her expertise, quickly transformed it to match exactly what I had envisioned. Her work was both efficient and impressive. I said for a while that I really didn't want to use a VA, that it wouldn't be helpful to me, that they wouldn't have a clue what I did etc etc. After being completely overwhelmed with work, I finally put my trust in Juli. She started with setting up Hubspot and managing my CRM system and moved onto managing all my regular email communications, preparing standard templates for me to use, contacting clients to chase quotations, re-writing my website pages and more! She is super efficient and no doubt does these sort of jobs way quicker than I would.
It gives me time to focus on the business and my clients. I get to do the things I both enjoy and need to do in order to grow my business, while Juli is in the background doing some much needed work to a better standard than I could do.
I focus on my skills and pass everything else to her! For someone who didn't think this VA thing would work - I can say it definitely does!
Highly recommend ConnXess and will obviously be passing more and more to Juli as I grow.
