
RSPB Wirral Local Group - “The RSPB Ribble Reserves” - An illustrated presentation by Chester Smith - Thursday 1st October 2026, from 7.30 pm (doors open 7.15pm).
Chester Smith is a warden on the RSPB Ribble Estuary reserves. Chester’s talk will take us behind the scenes at the Ribble reserves, including Marshside, showing us their history, development, conservation work, upcoming projects and the fascinating wildlife found there. This illustrated presentation will take place at St Luke’s, 19 Market Street, Hoylake, Wirral, CH47 2BF. Local group members free. Visitors are very welcome, and the cost is £5.00.
