Colin’s talk takes us on a birding trip from Manitoba on the Canadian/US border to the Hudson Bay.

RSPB Wirral Local Group – “Prairies to Polar” - An illustrated presentation by Colin Bradshaw - Thursday 2nd April 2026, from 7.30 pm (Doors open at 7.15 pm).

Colin Bradshaw is a retired GP who has been bird watching since the 1960s, travelling the world watching and photographing birds. He is a past chairman of the British Birds Rarities Committee and member of the British Ornithologists Union Records committee. 

Colin’s talk takes us on a birding trip from Manitoba on the Canadian/US border to the Hudson Bay. He will showcase the best of the wildlife including Beluga, Moose, Great Grey Owl, Franklin's Gull, Upland Sandpiper and several American Warblers.

This illustrated presentation will take place at St Luke’s, 19 Market Street, Hoylake, Wirral, CH47 2BF - please note new venue.

Local group members free. Visitors are very welcome, and the cost is £5.00.
