Keith Offord has spent many years monitoring breeding birds of prey for Natural Resources Wales, leading tours and travelling the world photographing many species of wildlife.

RSPB Wirral Local Group – “An Indian Winter” - An illustrated presentation by Keith Offord, - Thursday 5th February 2026, from 7.30 pm (doors open 7.15pm).

Keith Offord has spent many years monitoring breeding birds of prey for Natural Resources Wales, leading tours and travelling the world photographing many species of wildlife.

Keith’s talk explores the fabulous wildlife of the Indian Subcontinent , starting with the extraordinary waterbird oasis of Bharatpur, home to endangered Siberian Cranes, psychedelic kingfishers and every imaginable heron and egret, then on to the emblem of Indian conservation, the elusive tigers of Bandhavgargh. Along the way stunning wildlife is punctuated with some of the greatest cultural riches in the world.

This illustrated presentation will take place at St Luke’s, 19 Market Street, Hoylake, Wirral, CH47 2BF - please note new venue.

Local group members free. Visitors are very welcome, and the cost is £5.00.
