The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) North is moving to Wigan.
The prestigious performing arts school will be based at the Elim Centre on Turner Street, on the edge of Wigan.
The new school will feature rehearsal studios, TV and radio studios, café, and a library with state-of-the-art IT facilities.
There will also be a 200-seat performance area.
