I would highly recommend this dental clinic! especially to anxious patients! i am a really nervous patient and have been made to feel, not only comfortable, but really at ease during my two appointments. i struggle with having injections but they were so gentle it was painless. Rebecca did two fillings for me today and i am so happy with my experience! thankyou so much. the whole team is so lovely! couldn’t be more pleased!

Unfortunately I had to have a tooth extraction of which Mr kashu was excellent in terms of communication of what he was going to do, his professionalism in terms of getting my tooth out and then what not to do or what to do in the after care of the gum. 5 stars to Mr kashu and his team

Receptionist and Dentist very nice know how to relax you and not to stress at being at the Dentist. Really good atmosphere and made to feel welcome. From my experience no need to worry very nice people.

Having been unable to find a dentist for some years, and as a result my teeth were in a terrible state.

The dentist accidentally cut the inside of my lip while they were polishing my teeth. I couldn’t brush my teeth later without the cut burning 😠they answered all my questions and were helpful.

Just been to burnley branch, seen by Dr Rahman and Kelly. On a snowy day my dentist hadn't made it in, so Dr Rahman saw me instead. Lovely man, put me at my ease, gave me helpful feedback, all with a smile. Great service thanks

They are so nice and polite and friendly when you go in there have Always got a smile on their face they do not make you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed with your problems so helpful and let you know which is the best treatment for you it’s like going around to your friend with them you just feel comfortable

My sister and I went for a check up at Synergy Dental Clinic in Preston. We were seen by Dr Ayesha and dental nurse Jess. They were both professional, kind and made us feel at ease, especially my sister who has dementia. Reviewed by J. Craft.

My dentist closed without notice and I needed an emergency appointment After days of searching to no avail, I came across Synergy Dental Leyland who arranged an emergency appointment within 24 hours. The surgery has a very calming atmosphere. Sylvia the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. My appointment was with Dr Rachidi who I have to say was excellent, he explained everything that needed to be done. I had 2 extractions which were very quick and totally painless. I have booked another appointment for further treatments. I would Highly recommend this Practice. Ann

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I suffer from a erratic phobia of visiting the dentist, and have done all my life, not helped by a bad experience when I was a child. I finally had no option to face this fear head-on, so I made an appointment to see Dentist Yasir Raham in the padiham Clinic. He took his time in explaining what options were available to me, even advising against treatment I asked about but didn't need.
For the 1st time in my life, I sat through an hour and 30 minutes appointment without leaving the room or chair once. He was so kind, along with his dental nurse, thought out the whole thing. Although I still have more treatment yet to come, I feel so much more relaxed than I did when he 1st saw me at the beginning of the month. Everyone needs someone who understand a fear that's real to them. I can't thank him enough, having my smile and confidence back means so much to me. I just wish I did it sooner.

A huge change from previous dentists. Quick appointment times compared to having to wait months previously, a lot more informative showing me what I need and what I could pay extra for, the dentist was also really helpful. Would highly recommend

I rang the dentist to book an emergency appointment. I spoke to a blond receptionist regarding my problem and concerns. I felt uncomfortable with my current situation and it was causing me distress and discomfort. She promptly booked in an emergency appointment for me for the next day. I was quite surprised by this and it immediately made me feel at ease. I was so pleased that the dentist was going to see me so quickly to help improve the outlook of my teeth and help me feel at ease.
Today I went in to attend that appointment I booked into reception. I was greeted warmly with a bright smile and a cheerful hello by the receptionist. I waited Outside until it was my turn. The receptionist tapped on the window to notify me that it was my turn. Very bubbly warm lady.
