I cannot fault the friendliness of staff but I feel that synergy dental are only interested in private patients. They try and get you to pay private for a scale when this can be covered under the nhs. You aren’t given the option and just get a iPad shoved in front of you to sign. Synergy need to be more customer focused as they used to be rather than sales pitching.

I was extremely nervous about my wisdom teeth removal and the dentist and especially the dental nurse both reassured and supported me throughout the whole process. I was so grateful how they were with me and were so kind. They explained each step they were going to undertake in the procedure to me in full as I had requested and the procedure was done timely and without pain. I could have not asked for a more positive dental experience for someone who is extremely nervous at the dentists.

I have had a few different Dentists since being with Synergy Dental Clinics. However my current Dentist Kashif Razvi is wonderful, I would give him five stars but the overall practice lower. He really helps me feel at ease since i have a huge fear of the dentist. Highly reccomend.

Very clean and welcoming dental surgery - we spoke about the work needed and made a decision what was best for myself going forward. The staff where understanding, reassured me, informed me of my options and didn't put any pressure on me to have teeth pulled that day. It was a very reassuring experience and I left feeling much more relaxed.

The staff were really nice & the actual surgery was painless aside of the agony of him hurting my jaw whilst trying to remove the tooth
By early evening I was in excruciating pain and same the following day.
Monday I had to return to my own dentist who had referred me to synergy, for treatment as the socket was green with infection. Despite my extreme care of the site, it was badly infected.
My dentist cleaned and dressed it and prescribed antibiotics.
However, it's now 9 days on, the pain is worse and I've had no sleep.
The area of gum-jaw is extremely swollen and hideously painful. So I'm having to go back via emergency appointment to get this looked at again as there pain is 10x worse than before the extraction.
This is by far the worst hideous post extraction pain over ever had andn't before had infection like this and I've three last 12 months over had several removed by my own dentist,!!!
I'm in unbearable pain.
I returned again to my dentist this morning did to the pain and he ear fuming that Synergy did not do the exact surgery asked for which was to cut the gum, full away party of the bone to make the extraction easy. The reason it was requested was due to me having osteoporosis.
So I've now got excessive trauma to the jaw because of them not doing what they were asked!!
I'm seeking legal advice.

I had a phobia of the dentist, after a bad experience some years ago, but at Synergy I feel so comfortable and looked after. All the staff are so friendly, the ladies on reception are so welcoming and always try their best to fit me and my children in where possible. One dentist in particular is absolutely brilliant! He is thorough, and goes above and beyond to make sure he is delivering the best service. He is friendly and and my children are accommodated for, to the highest standard. I really am so happy with the service I receive at this surgery, in particular the service from Junaid. Thank you!

Finally my new implant after waiting for my bone graft to take which thank goodness it did. Brilliant dental practice obviously cos of the people that work there special thanks to my dentist KASHIF and the other guys who were there. Third great experience with Amr at Synergy, Little Lever. Full root canal for 1 hour 30 minutes. No pain felt at all. A further visit just over a week later to have the crown fitted. Yet again, Amr put me at ease and explained the treatment as he did it. Back out in 20 minutes. No pain yet again. Thank you to the Synergy Team but my heartfelt gratitude to Amr.

I was referred needing sedation due to a phobia of dentists. The building was immaculate, the staff were friendly and so helpful. Thanks to the Dental nurse, i felt so at ease and pretty calm considering what was being done. They, i felt, went above and beyond. So would highly recommend them.

Having not been to a dentist for a long time my anxiety levels were up in the roof , but from the minute i walked in you could feel how relaxed it was. The two ladies on reception put me at ease my name was called to see the dentist went in and again put at ease , he told me what everything what was going to happen and a treatment plan was made and I was finished, the service was excellent , from everyone I met on this day it was the service was excellent not sure what I expected to happen but it didn’t so glad I went so thankyou so much .

Myself and two year old son was welcomed with two friendly faces on reception who ensured I was seen to quickly. I was then seen by a Dentist and dental nurse who was able to entertain my son whilst the dentist explained through my current dental concerns. The fact they were able to ensure I was informed of my current issues and how the future appointments should go was very reassuring.

What made my experience was the way my dentist reasured me all the way through my treatment and has made a very nervious and anxious person get the help he needed and i can now smile again. I would totally recommend my dentist to anyone.
