I visited the surgery and was able to get quite a quick appointment without much waiting and for a low price too! This practise seemed to be extremely clean and followed all guidelines around covid-19 which reassured me everyone is safe. Then the dentist also went and reviewed of whwt I would like done and considered mine and his professional opinion together to be able to come up with a solution.

Synergy dental practises are more than a dentist. They actually care about your experience and want whats best for you and your budget. Every appointment i attend the day after i always receive a phone call from them asking how my experience was and if everything was good. I've almost finished with my 7 crowns that need doing and have had 4 appointments so far and can't complain. The staff are friendly, helpful, and encourage you to ask as many questions as you want. Everything has been explained to me thoroughly including all options i had. Synergy aren't just here for money making. Their name, standard's and customer satisfaction are priority, and i can honestly say that I've never been as happy with a dentist as i have with Synergy Preston. I never knew places like this existed, so thank you so much to everyone who's helped me through my journey so far. I'm so excited for my finished results by the end of April 2021. Honestly the best dental practice ever.

I would definitely put myself in the category of a very nervous patient so it was a massive step for me to pick up the phone and book . I was recommended by a friend to use synergy so I got myself booked in . All the team are friendly and polite who put you at ease straight away . I was very happy with the treatment I received , pretty much everything you would look for in a dentist , Thank you 😊

Always a professional service, i have had invisilign braces here as well as general dental work, fillings, cleaning etc Each time has been a very sucessful experience and the dentists are all friendly and inviting. The reception is inviting and the staff on the desk are very professional and knowledgable. I have had a NHS dentist before and although they were good there is no comparision to the experience with the private dentists. I would highly recommend Synergy Dental.

A clinic full of wonderful people from the reception staff to the dentists and everyone else involved. All lovely and so welcoming that it puts you at ease from the start. So glad I decided to leave my old practice and go to this one, best decision I’ve made. The atmosphere is just so happy and relaxed that you forget where you are. Best dentists around!

Previously the receptionist had a really bad attitude problem which has now been rectified due to a new one. Went for a tooth extraction due to an abscess to be told it wasnt an abcess but infected tooth. Then to find out the abcess is still their and im still on pain yet to be rectified.

Had a root canal procedure done and was very nervous, the dentist made me feel at ease and assured me that it’s not as bad as everyone says..... she was right, I didn’t feel a thing and felt very reassured.
