I recently Registered with this dentist with my child and they were so warm and welcoming. Even though my child is only 3 and not 100% on dentists they were so patient with him and made him feel comfortable when getting his check up. Now he can’t wait to go back!.

Really happy with my Dental practice in Great Harwood. The Dentist used to be a nightmare, but now I have no worries with going at all. The dentist keeps you informed and takes the time to advise you on what he is actually doing. I couldnt recommend Synergy enough.

I needed prescription for my toothpaste during the lockdown and phoned Synergy. They were very helpful and understanding and allowed me to collect the prescription with social distancing. I have sensitive teeth and without the toothpaste have real problems so it was great what they did for me especially at this difficult time.

I have been a regular patient at the clinic for the last several months due to dental work following being involved in a serious traffic collision. I have felt I have won a dental lottery by being looked after Dr Richard.

After having cracked a tooth and not being registered to a dentist, I decided to call Synergy to see if they would be able to fit me in. The friendly reception staff managed to find me a cancellation almost immediately and advised me on how the process works. Dr. Samaha was very professional in showing me which steps they would carry out and making sure I was informed through the procedure. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Some good some not so good care. I have had some good experiences where my dentist treated me well and have had some bad experiences where I have felt nervous, not at ease and charged for a filling that I shouldn't have been charged for. I had to argue my right to refund over quite a few weeks. I am now with a new dentist within Synergy and hope they will help me to feel less nervous and able to trust their judgement and work.

The booking of an appointment is easy either by phone or on-line, your appointment is prompt so there’s very little waiting, the staff are pleasant and very helpful, they offer advice and a choice of costs for treatment and they are very efficient and professional, also thoughtful with our nervous kids.

Telephoned late afternoon, left voicemail that I was experiencing discomfort , by next morning dental staff said that the prescription would be available at pharmacy after 2pm.
