Having visited the surgery a few times, I can say that overall my experience has been positive.
Communication is one area I feel could be improved. I have been waiting almost a month for my aligners to come in with no call as of yet with any sort of update.
All it needs is a call with a timeline update.

I came to synergy for a consultation regarding composite veneers or Invisalign. The service was second to none! When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who commented on how nice I smelt and didn’t wait any longer than a minute to go up for my appointment. The dentist made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had a full check over and things were picked up that my own dentist hadn’t even picked up on and these things needed me seeing to them ASAP! (Gum disease) there’s was no pressure into any treatment I was offered lots of alternatives and recommendations to work around me and my budget.

Got an appointment straight away, had my health check and was given a well explained list of treatments I needed, there was good PPE procedures in place. Will return and book more appointments.

Where do i start my dentist wot a man his astant work very well as a team very understanding helpful I had a severe gag reflex very patient with me made to feel relaxed and to a point feel like there good freinds not just a dentist normaly I run a mile away from.a dentist but I enjoy going now

I visited the farnworth branch. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Dr bilal salim carried out my treatment I had a professional clean, teeth whitening and composite bonding on my front teeth. He is an amazing dentist and I can now feel that I don't have to be embarrassed by my smile I have gained so much more confidence. Thank you to all the team. I would definitely recommend synergy dental to anyone 5 stars from me

I had always been conscious about my smile and the positioning of my teeth. After carefully searching the internet for reliable dental practices, I decided to contact a few. Synergy dental stood out to me first of all due to the amazing customer service I received over the phone.
I then booked an appointment for an initial check up in order to find out whether my teeth were in suitable condition for the Invisalign treatment. I am quite an anxious person, especially when it comes to the dentist. Dr Zohaib Zaman was very quick to put this to rest. He reassured me and explained what he would be doing and asked if I was okay every step of the way.
I was then fitted for Invisalign. I had regular appointments in which he checked to see if all was going as it should be. Once my teeth were aligned, he repaired the chips and damage on my teeth using composite bonding. This is something of a technique which I believe is unique to each individual dentist, and Dr Zohaib Zaman had this spot on. Any worries I had throughout my treatment were cleared up immediately by the team, either over the phone or in person. Once my treatment was complete I received many compliments on my smile. I will be forever thankful to synergy dental clinical for this massive change in my self confidence.
I would recommend this practice and this particular dentist to anybody.

Have been with Synergy now for over 9 years and have never had such a wonderful dentist. The staff are so friendly and make me and my disabled Son feel at ease on our visits. They explain everything and are very patient at alleviating any fears we have. I used to fear the dentist years ago but I don't worry at all now!

I visited Synergy dental for the first time at the start of 2020 and I have to say the service has been second to none. The dentist was really reassuring and helpful and the lady on reception was lovely. I have since visited for a treatment and a checkup and both times I have felt comfortable, safe and in good hands.
From someone who used to find going to the dentist quite nerve-wrecking, I now feel so much more reassured.

I had my Invisalign treatment through Synergy, everything went perfect, the best experience I have had with a Dentist.
This must be my fourth Dentist as I keep changing, needless to say I’ll be sticking with Synergy now! The whole team is so fantastic!

Used this dentist for the last few years. Initially, the surroundings were a bit of a building site but they've made significant improvements to the surgery over the years. At no point did it seem to affect the standard of care or cleanliness. The first visit they didn't suggest any work was undertaken but made notes that seemed to coincide with the tracking being undertaken previously. Took x-rays. A few visits later they recommended a couple of fillings - these were completed quickly and efficiently with no pain at all. Eighteen months later and no issues from that treatment.

Excellent service with good advice. My pearly whites have never been so white and cared for. This is all at a reasonable price. I would score them 10/10 for honesty and advisory again 10/10. Reception they will help you with your booking of appointments again 10/10. So easy for disabled patients as you can be seen downstairs upon request. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Had 2 teeth that needed extracting. Visited clinic and they were great. Had my consultation and then the extraction straight away so I didnt have to wait for another appointment and be in pain. Excellent service which I appreciate they cant do every time but I was very grateful for this.

Greeted by a friendly receptionist who confirmed the details held are still correct. After a short wait the consultation took place. Both the dentist and the assistant were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained fully in clear and uncomplicated terms, with an explanation of why the proposed course of treatment was necessary.
